We are a medium-sized company with three business divisions: air-conditioning systems, spray booths and agricultural engineering. As to spray booths, we supply turnkey plants and support them on a long-term basis by our service department. About 50 % of our customers are car dealers, branches of vehicle manufacturers as well as independent body and paint shops. In this segment of vehicle repair and preparation, we are one of the leading manufacturers. The largest paint centres in Germany – including Mercedes, BMW and VW – have been planned and built by WOLF.
Another priority are spray booths for industrial companies in mechanical engineering and for many products having a wet paint coating. These plants are being planned individually as required by
customer, covering a wide range from large-space spray booths for construction machinery to booths with conveyor systems for plastic parts.
Processes in spray booths are demanding and complex. Beside the sophisticated series standard of our booths, interfaces to conveyor systems, combined heat and power plants, paint supply systems and further facilities have to be provided. Since high air volumes have to be heated to spraying and drying temperature in spray booths, a special focus is on “energy efficiency” and “control programs for energy saving”.
