The WOLF Service Team
The WOLF Service Team is organized decentrally. Our specially trained Service technicians start their tours from various fixed locations in Germany.
In our Service Center in Geisenfeld, all ends meet. Here, we are timing service jobs and organizing a smooth flow. This organization structure secures a low-cost service at fastest response time.

Online Service
Immediate service for our booths with Online Service Module.
Modern booths have to be supervised and maintained in a modern way.
Our customers only need a modem connection. You only lay a network or telephone line to the switchboard. Each WOLF spray booth is equipped for connection to our factory Service Center.
You are not communicating with a service call center, but directly with WOLF.
The service engineer is logging in the diagnose module of the booth via satellite from our factory in Germany. He is able to observe and correct the processes online.
Even new software updates can be done easily, saving time, unnecessary trips and costs. Our service is especially efficient, even if you are far away from us.
